  • Cabbage (red)
    1/4 head, medium (about 5" dia) 209.75g
  • Celery

  • Apple
    1 medium (3" dia) 182g
  • Grapes
    15 grapes 73.5g
  • Lemon
    1/2 fruit (2-3/8" dia) 42g
  • Ginger Root
    1 thumb tip (1" dia) 24g
  • Cider Vinegar (apple)
    1 tbsp 14.9g

Directions

  1. Juice all of the ingredients except for the apple cider vinegar.
  2. (optional) stir the apple cider vinegar into your juice.
