  • Apple
    1 large (3-1/4" dia) 223g
  • Cucumber
    1/2 cucumber (8-1/4") 150.5g
  • Carrots
    2 large (7-1/4" to 8-/1/2" long) 144g
  • Celery
    2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) 128g
  • Spinach
    2 cup 60g
  • Spirulina (dried)
    2 teaspoon 4.62g
  1. Juice all ingredients except for the spirulina.
  2. Add the powder spirulina to your glass and pour the juice on top of it. Mix well!
