This refreshing juice is extra delicious when made with white tea!

  • Apples
    2 large (3-1/4" dia) 446g
  • Green Tea
    1 cup 245g
  • Honey (optional)
    1 tsp 7g
  • Lemon
    1/4 fruit (2-1/8" dia) 14.5g
  • Peppermint
    12 leaves 0.6g
  • Strawberries
    1.5 cup, whole 216g
  1. Steep a cup of green (or white) tea, and let cool.
  2. Juice produce and herbs.
  3. Pour cooled tea into juice, stir in honey, and serve over ice.
