Avocados are strategically included to be blended in some recipes to help you to feel good throughout the 28 days, so a blender is recommended as well as your juicer for this one.

I wish an alternate plan with less fruits were available for those of us that really prefer more vegetables juices over the excess fruits on the current plan. The shopping list is a big plan.

Had to restart so my real start date was January 14, not 2nd. Sometimes did not feel like making juice. Felt good most of day. Low energy in evening. Experiencing a lightness and great focus except when tired. Able to exercise for 30 minutes with some weights.

I feel great! My husband and I are doing this together. His blood pressure was 180/100 when he started and on day 3 it was 125/85. Incredible! He's had high blood pressure for almost 10 years. He's lost 7 pounds so far and I've lost 9. Looking forward to another week of juice fasting!
